1. Independent Contractor Status

By registering as a contributor on nditu.ai, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are an independent contractor, not an employee of nditu.ai or Kanti Pro Solutions.
• You set your own working hours, schedule, and workload.
• No employer-employee relationship exists.
• You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and benefits.
• No minimum wage, overtime, or employment benefits are guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a legal resident of Zambia.
• Provide valid government-issued identification.
• Have a valid Airtel Money or MTN MoMo account for payouts.
• Have a working internet connection and device.

3. Tasks and Payments

Our platform offers micro-tasks for AI training. By completing tasks:

• You will earn ZMW 0.25 per approved task.
• Payments are processed weekly every Friday.
• Minimum payout is ZMW 50.
• All task submissions are subject to quality review.
• We reserve the right to reject incomplete or low-quality submissions.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or AI to complete tasks.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or low-quality responses.
• Create multiple accounts.
• Share confidential platform information.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Fraudulent or low-quality work submissions.
• Attempts to manipulate the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

nditu.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you as a contractor.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
